Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities
• Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home
• Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed
• Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis
• Research surrounding area to adequately communicate benefits to living in the area
• Administrative tasks where needed
• Physical requirements:  Ability to walk the property extensively, ability to bend and stoop, ability to lift under 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• ***Leasing experience required***
• Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects and close leases
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
